Protiv is the performance-pay and production platform for field-service companies such as landscaping, snow, irrigation and painting. It turns job budgets, crew hours and labor efficiency into ProPays (per-job bonus pools), bonus statements and payroll-ready numbers. With the Protiv connector, Claude answers questions about your Protiv data as you, in the company you are signed in to. It sees only what your Protiv role can see, and wages and labor cost stay hidden from anyone who cannot see them in Protiv. What you can ask - How much did we pay in ProPay bonuses last month, and what is approved but not paid yet? - Who worked the most hours last week, and how much was drive time? - How is a job doing against its hours and labor budget, and which ProPays does it have? - What did each worker earn in bonuses this period, including deductions? - Show me ProPay PP3: status, budget and the bonus split per worker. The connector is read-only. Claude cannot approve, pay, edit or delete anything in Protiv, and Protiv never moves money. Every request runs through the same permissions and business rules as the Protiv web app and is recorded in an audit log. You can disconnect at any time from Claude or from Protiv. Requires a Protiv account with a manager or admin role, in a company where Protiv has turned the connector on (contact [email protected]).
