Prubex gives Claude safe, permissioned access to every email and calendar account you connect: Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail and Google Calendar, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho, Fastmail, any IMAP or CalDAV host, and ICS calendar links. Connect each account once in Prubex, then ask Claude to search, read, triage, draft and schedule across all of them from one connector. You stay in control. When you connect Claude you choose what it may do and which accounts it reaches. Every send waits for your approval in Prubex by default, unless you list trusted recipients. Accounts can carry their own rules, and everything an agent does is in an audit log you can watch live and export. No tool can permanently delete mail, mail folders or calendars: mail Claude removes goes to the trash. Prubex passes mail through and keeps no copies of message bodies or attachments, apart from a message waiting for your approval (purged 7 days after it is decided) and files you upload (deleted after 24 hours). It is hosted on Microsoft Azure in South Africa North. Gmail and Google Calendar are in early access while places are limited. Your first two connected accounts are free.
