Pruuno is a marketing and customer service platform for WhatsApp and Instagram, built for small and medium businesses in Brazil. This connector lets Claude work inside your Pruuno account, always within the permissions you grant. What you can do: - Contacts and tags: search and filter contacts, open a full contact record, create and update contacts, and add or remove tags. - Tasks: see what is overdue or due today, get a summary, create tasks, update them, change their status and comment. - Automations: list your WhatsApp and Instagram flows, see how a flow works and how it is performing, validate a flow, create new flows (always disabled) and save drafts of existing ones. The live version only changes when you publish it in Pruuno. - Scheduling: list meeting types, find free slots from your real availability, and book or cancel meetings. - Reports and segments: see how your marketing reports are built and how many contacts a segment reaches. - Documentation: ask how any Pruuno feature works and get answers from the official help articles. Built for safety: - Sign in with OAuth. Claude never sees your password. - Access is the intersection of what you approve on the consent screen and your current role in the account, checked on every call. - Actions that affect other people (turning an automation on, booking or cancelling a meeting) happen in two steps: Claude prepares a summary, and nothing runs until you confirm. You can also require approval in the Pruuno dashboard. - Integration secrets such as webhook tokens and API keys are never shown to Claude. - Every call is logged for 180 days, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings. Requires a Pruuno plan with AI access enabled.
