With your permission, create or update lead records and book, reschedule, or cancel appointments. The connection stays within the workspace you authorize, and you can choose read-only access. Requires a verified QualifyBase administrator account. Available data depends on your connected channels, calendars, and workspace configuration. The MCP provides no tool for sending chat messages or starting outbound calling campaigns. Record changes can trigger configured workspace automations or webhooks, and appointment changes can sync to a configured external calendar.
