Reach connects Claude to your Google Business Profile and Reach account so you can manage your local business in conversation. Read your profile, reviews, posts, photos, performance metrics, tracked-keyword rankings, nearby competitors, leads, bookings and growth recommendations. Draft review replies and, with your approval, publish replies and posts, update supported profile fields, manage photos and track keywords. A Reach account is required. Connect your Google Business Profile in Reach for management features; public-listing-only connections provide limited data. Available data and actions depend on your account’s enabled features, permissions and Google connection. Primary category and address changes are not supported. Reach does not create or fund Google Ads campaigns. You can ask Claude to find unanswered reviews, identify profile gaps, summarize performance or review local rankings. Public changes should be reviewed and approved before they are made. Reach also provides optional guided workflows and report-setup instructions, added only when you request them.
