Reciba drafts Brazilian payment receipts, rent receipts, service quotes and service orders from the conversation, and checks documents issued on Reciba. - Draft a document: tell Claude what the document is about (who paid whom, how much, for what and when, or the items of a quote) and it prepares a draft on Reciba. The person gets a single-use link, valid for 7 days, to review the full preview on reciba.com.br and issue it from their own Reciba account, with a confirmed e-mail. The connector never issues, charges or sends anything by itself, and the issuer is always the account that issues the document, never a name taken from the conversation. - Check a document: give the verification code printed under the QR code of a Reciba document, or its reciba.com.br/d/ link, and get the document type, when it was issued, whether it was issued from an account with a confirmed e-mail, whether the other party registered acceptance, and the status of its public timestamp. No personal data is returned: no names or e-mail addresses of the people involved. - Write an amount in words, in Brazilian Portuguese, the way it goes on a receipt. What it uses: the names, amounts, descriptions and dates taken from the conversation to build the draft. CPF, CNPJ and RG numbers are not accepted through the chat; the person adds them on the site if needed. Requests are counted per day and per tool, without identifiers or content. Not covered by this connector: tax invoices (nota fiscal), payroll slips, declarations, receipts that someone else has to issue (such as a dentist's receipt for income tax), health-service receipts that professionals issue in Receita Saúde, and price advice.
