Recruiter OS is a mobile recruiting workspace for independent and agency recruiters. This connector lets Claude read your Recruiter OS account so you can ask about your desk in plain language. Ask things like: - What searches do I have open, and how full is each pipeline? - Where does a candidate stand, and what did we cover on the last call? - What's on my calendar this week? - Summarize my call notes from the last three days. - Which candidates mention a skill or certification on their resume? The connector is read-only. It can look up candidates, client companies, contacts and searches, and read call notes, AI summaries, resume text and your schedule. It cannot add, change or delete anything, and it cannot open uploaded files or account settings. You approve Claude with your Recruiter OS phone sign-in and can disconnect it anytime in Recruiter OS Settings. A Recruiter OS account is required.
