The Redbooth connector lets Claude read and act on your Redbooth workspaces through conversation instead of manual entry. It's a hosted remote MCP server secured with OAuth: you sign in to Redbooth and approve access, and your credentials are never shared with Claude. What you can do: - Capture tasks from messages, meeting notes or rough ideas, with assignee, due date and workspace - Get project status and summaries, such as overdue or blocked work - Update, resolve and reopen tasks; manage subtasks, dependencies, recurrence, task lists and tags - Read and add comments and reactions, and browse files and workspace activity - Automate routines like turning meeting notes into tasks or generating standup reports - Build AI agents that use Redbooth as a task persistence layer for approval queues or project orchestration Example: "Create a task for Ana to review the Q3 report by Friday in the Marketing workspace."
