Refundid runs returns, exchanges and instant refunds for online retailers. This connector lets your team ask Claude about returns and exchanges in Refundid without opening the merchant portal. You can search returns by RMA reference, order number, customer, status, tags or date, then open one to see its items, refund amount, tracking and any exchange. When a customer gets in touch, Claude can check whether their order is still inside the return window and which resolutions they would be offered. It can also read a store's return tags, item dispositions and return shipping labels, plus its shipping webhook settings if you can manage that store's settings. The connector only reads data. It can't approve, process or change a return, and it can't issue a refund. You sign in with your Refundid merchant portal account, and one connection covers every store you have Returns access to. If your stores use single sign-on, a connection covers one single sign-on organisation at a time. Refundid checks your permissions on every request, so if someone loses access to a store in the portal, Claude loses it too. To connect, you need a Refundid merchant portal account with Returns access to at least one store.
