RentFig is property management software for UK landlords. The RentFig connector lets Claude answer questions about your own lettings, using live data from your RentFig account. Ask things like "Which of my tenants owe rent?", "Which gas safety certificates expire next month?", "Find 14 Elm Street and list its rooms" or "What was my profit and loss for 2025?". Six read-only tools: • Search properties: find a property by name or address, with its flats or rooms • Search tenancies: a tenancy and its tenants' contact details • Rent arrears: who owes rent and how much • Compliance overview: certificates that are missing, expired or due to expire • Profit and loss: per portfolio, per calendar year (plans with accounting reports) • Landlord law guidance: RentFig's plain-English guidance on UK landlord law The connection is read-only, and the database enforces it. Claude can't change, add or delete anything in RentFig, send messages, move money or open your uploaded documents. You sign in to RentFig yourself (with two-step verification if you use it) and approve access on a page that lists exactly what Claude can see. Team members only share the sections and portfolios they can already see. Disconnect any time under Settings → Integrations → AI assistants. Requires a RentFig account on a paid plan (Starter, Standard or Business) or a free trial.
