Rep AI is the AI shopping assistant and support agent for Shopify stores. This connector lets you ask Claude about your Rep AI data in plain language, with no exports and no dashboards. Ask about performance: conversations, engagement, assisted revenue, conversion and orders, compared with the previous period. Ask what shoppers talk about: the topics they raise and how often Rep AI helped. Ask what goes wrong: the customer problems Rep AI found, such as high shipping cost or missing product information. Ask about support: how many support emails Rep AI handled and how many it resolved. Read the conversations themselves, filtered by date, topic, problem, emotion or satisfaction, or look up one shopper by email. The connector is read-only. It cannot change your store, your Rep AI settings or your conversations. You stay in control of what Claude can see. When you connect, you choose the permissions: performance figures, conversation details, message text, shopper identity and support figures. Only an admin of the store can connect it, and you can revoke the connection at any time in the Rep AI Console. Requirements: a Rep AI account on a Shopify store, and the admin role on that store.
