RETGAS is the management platform for gas inspection bodies in Colombia. This connector lets an inspection body ask Claude about its own operation, read-only, with the same permissions and sites each user has in the RETGAS web app. What you can ask: - Staff and compliance: active inspectors, who is ready for field work today, certificates and competencies about to expire, equipment calibration, vehicles and documents (ISO/IEC 17020). - Productivity: visits and inspection reports by inspector, site, service type or month; where reports get returned or annulled and which ones were reissued. - Third parties: deliveries to gas distributors and pending items. - Support: check whether an inspector is correctly set up for the mobile app, list their authorized devices, find a case by account number, and get step-by-step help on using the web and mobile apps. Built-in prompts guide common questions such as a monthly productivity summary, upcoming expirations or diagnosing an inspector. Privacy by design: the connector never writes data, the model never writes SQL (only a fixed catalog of entities and fields), and it never returns personal data of gas service customers or free-text notes. Every query is scoped to the user's organization and logged.
