RingReady is an AI receptionist that answers a business's phone calls, website chats and texts. After each conversation it writes a summary with the caller's name, callback number and what they needed. The RingReady connector lets the business owner use their RingReady account from Claude. With it, you can: - See the receptionists on your account, including ones a team has shared with you - List recent calls, website chats and texts, filtered by receptionist, channel or date - Read a conversation's full transcript, summary and recording link - Find callers who asked for a call back, and the questions your receptionist couldn't answer - Change how a receptionist answers: greeting, goal, business details, hours, timezone, FAQ and voice Changing a receptionist is marked as a write, so Claude asks you before it makes the change. Changes apply from the receptionist's next call. The connector can't see your password or payment details, change your billing or phone numbers, change where call summaries are emailed or texted, change webhooks or ad tracking, or delete anything. Those stay in the RingReady dashboard. Sign in with your RingReady account and click Allow; no API key needed. Disconnect any time from your RingReady profile, under Connected apps, or by removing the connector in Claude. Try: - "Using RingReady, summarize this week's calls.
