Rinhelp is a help desk for small teams and their AI agents. Connect Rinhelp to Claude, and Claude can work your inbox, keep your help center up to date and look up customers' orders and payments. It acts as you and never has more access than your role in Rinhelp. Customers see Claude's replies under your name, in the chat widget or by email. Rin, Rinhelp's built-in AI, answers new conversations first and hands them to your team when it needs a person. Claude then picks up where Rin left off. Key features • Answer conversations: List the conversations waiting on you, read the whole exchange, reply to customers, leave private notes for teammates, assign, tag, set priority and close. • Answers from your own knowledge: Claude searches your help center and website pages before it answers, and links to the page it used. If your knowledge doesn't cover a question, it asks you instead of guessing. • Find and fill knowledge gaps: See the questions Rin couldn't answer, draft articles that answer them, and test Rin to check it answers now. Claude shows you the text before it publishes anything. • Look up Shopify and Stripe: Find a customer's orders, payments and subscriptions without leaving the chat. • Approval for money and anything permanent: Refunds, cancellations and anything that can't be undone wait for a teammate to approve them in Rinhelp. Typing "yes" in the chat approves nothing. Every change goes in an action log that shows who asked, who approved and what happened. • Safe retries: If a request times out, Claude can send it again without the reply or refund happening twice. • Set up your workspace: Change the chat widget, your support email address and domain, your help center, your team and your plan. • Plugin with ready-made tasks: Add the Rinhelp plugin (rinhelp/plugin) to get inbox, gaps and help-center.
