Riven: Apple Watch Workouts & Muscle Failure
Riven is automatic exercise tracking and muscle failure detection on the Apple Watch. During a strength workout the watch detects each set, names the exercise, logs the reps and scores how close every set came to true muscle failure, from 0 to 100 %. No barbell clip, no camera, no manual logging. Connect Riven and ask your assistant about your training in plain language: - "Which muscles did I actually train to failure this week?" - "Show me every workout from October, set by set." - "My chest sets keep stopping short. What should I change on Thursday?" - "How has my lat pulldown changed this month?" - "Compare this week with last week and plan next week around what I skipped." What the assistant can read (read-only): - Every workout with its full per-set breakdown: exercise, muscle group, reps, failure % and verdict - Workout overviews, weekly summaries and this-week-vs-last-week comparisons - Muscle failure by muscle group, so you can see which muscles get enough hard sets - Progress on any single exercise over time The failure score: 90 % and above means the set reached muscle failure, the point that drives muscle growth; 75–89 % near failure; 50–74 % working; under 50 % stopped short. Privacy: the connection is read-only and shares only workouts. Never heart rate, sensor data, Apple Health data, your name or your email. You sign in with Apple and approve the connection yourself, and you can disconnect at any time. Requirements: the Riven app on iPhone and Apple Watch, signed in with Apple (Settings → Profile → Sign in with Apple). Free on every Riven plan.
