RoadmapHero is a product management platform for product teams: backlog, roadmap, OKRs, prioritization (HeroScore) and customer voice in one place. This server lets Claude work directly in your RoadmapHero workspace. What Claude can do: - Answer questions about your product: semantic search across tickets, objectives and customer feedback, related context, similar items, and sourced answers. - Browse the backlog: products, initiatives, epics, tickets, item types, workflows and pipelines. - Create and update tickets: title, description, dates, parent, workflow status. When a ticket reaches a delivered step, its changelog is written automatically. - Prioritize: set the HeroScore (impact per objective, business unit, customer and segment, effort, uncertainty) and explain the priority. - Manage objectives and key results: create objectives, add and update KRs, record ticket contributions. - Capture customer voice: log customer feedback and the insights drawn from it, and create business units, customers and segments. You stay in control. Write access is off by default and is turned on per workspace by an owner or administrator in Settings > MCP. Deleting tickets is a separate switch, also off by default; products and blocks can never be deleted. Access uses a workspace API key or OAuth sign-in, can be revoked at any time, and is subject to your plan and a daily quota. Setup: in RoadmapHero, open Settings > MCP, turn the server on and copy the server URL and your API key.
