Ronyxx is an answering service for your business's figures. Your team asks in plain words, and Ronyxx replies with the exact figure, worked out from your company's own records in Odoo ERP: sales and revenue, invoices, what customers owe and which invoices are overdue (accounts receivable), vendor bills and what you owe (accounts payable), cash and bank balances, profit and loss, VAT and tax, quotes and orders, purchases, stock and inventory, deliveries, manufacturing, projects, the CRM pipeline, point of sale, employees and expense claims. Ask the way you'd ask a colleague: "What were our sales last month?", "Which customers have overdue invoices?", "How many units of the oak desk do we have in stock?". Ronyxx reads the records live and gives the figure with the period it covers. Every figure is calculated by Ronyxx's own tested code from your records; the AI only works out what you're asking. If a question could mean two things, Ronyxx asks which. If it can't answer, it says so rather than guess. Ronyxx only reads. It can't create, change or delete anything in Odoo. Each person on your team has a role (owner, sales, accounts, purchasing, warehouse, production, HR, or one of your own), and Ronyxx checks it before reading anything, so people see only what their role allows. To use it, your company needs a Ronyxx account connected to its Odoo (versions 16 to 20), and you need to be on its team with your work email. You sign in with that email and allow the connection. Ronyxx's answer appears word for word in its own card. Your questions and Ronyxx's answers aren't used to train AI models.
