RotaHog turns a recurring team task into a rotation: a list of people, a frequency, and an automatic answer to "whose turn is it?" Standup facilitator, on-call, code review, release captain, watering the plants. RotaHog works out the schedule and emails whoever is up next before their turn starts. Connecting it to Claude lets you run all of that in conversation. Set one up. Describe the task, how often it repeats, and who is in it, and Claude creates the rotation and generates a year of turns. Pass a timezone and reminders go out at the right local hour. Check the state of things. Who is on duty right now, what is coming up, the full turn history filtered by status or date range, and which rotations you own or take part in. Act on a turn. Mark one complete when the work is done, hand it to somebody else when the person up is away, or cancel it when the task is not happening this time. Reminders adjust automatically. The read tools are annotated read-only so they run without interrupting you. Every tool that changes something is annotated as a write, and cancelling a turn is labelled destructive, so Claude asks before acting. What you need: a RotaHog account on the Team Toolkit or Ops Pro plan, which is what enables tool calls. Connecting takes one URL and no API token. You sign in through your browser and approve two scopes separately, so you can grant read-only access and withhold the ability to change anything.
