Rotuli gives Claude direct access to official UK company data from the Companies House register and HM Land Registry, normalised into consistent, machine-readable answers for know-your-business (KYB) checks, supplier vetting and due diligence. Ask Claude to: - Look up any UK company by name or company number: status, registered address, incorporation date, SIC codes, and whether accounts or the confirmation statement are overdue - List current directors, secretaries and LLP members, and the persons with significant control (PSCs) behind a company - Check insolvency proceedings and registered charges (security interests) over the company's assets - See land and property titles the company owns in England and Wales: title number, freehold or leasehold, postcode, and price paid where HM Land Registry recorded one - Score risk from 0 to 100 with named flags such as INSOLVENCY_ACTIVE, COMPANY_DISSOLVED and DIRECTOR_DISQUALIFIED, each with a severity - Trace corporate ownership: follow corporate PSCs up to controlling companies and across related group companies, with the coverage and limits of each search stated explicitly - Review a director's appointment history, including how many of their companies are dissolved or in insolvency Every response keeps the same fields, with nulls rather than missing keys, and reports which sources were checked, so Claude can tell "no record found" apart from "data unavailable".
