Routine Run
Routine Run is an iPhone and Apple Watch app that walks you through a routine one step at a time: the step in hand is on the Lock Screen and the watch, with timers where a step takes time. This connector lets Claude work with the routines on your phone. What Claude can do: - Read your routines and where each run stands, and summarise how the last days or weeks went: what finished, which steps you keep skipping or putting off. Notes and values you wrote stay closed unless you turn on Read notes and values for Claude. - Start a routine, plan one for later ("Morning tomorrow at seven"), pause, resume, stop, move a run on or put the step in hand off. - Write a checklist for what you are about to do and start it on your phone as a run, without adding it to your routines. - Write a new routine, or a change to one, which waits on the phone for you to look over and save. You can let Claude save without asking; a change then keeps the earlier version. - Ask first: a run Claude starts can wait in the app for your Start. - Ready-made prompts: Review my week, Plan tomorrow, A checklist for right now, Tidy a routine, Where am I? There is no account. Signing in shows a code, and you type it in the app under Settings › Connections. Answers come from your phone and pass through Routine Run's relay without being kept. Without an iPhone, sign-in offers a demo library to try it with.
