Routing24 plans routes for delivery and service fleets: multi-stop routes with time windows, vehicle capacities, driver shifts and breaks, pickup and delivery pairs, multi-depot reloads, load classes that must not mix, and required vehicle tags. Claude can start a plan, add stops, vehicles, and depots from a spreadsheet or a message, apply business rules described in plain language, run the optimization, and read the result: route summaries, ordered stops with ETAs and loads, and unassigned orders with the reason each was left out. It can move stops between routes, split and merge routes, swap a vehicle, re-optimize a single route, query the plan with SQL, apply bulk field updates, export an Excel workbook, and capture the plan as a map image for a report. Every call runs inside your own signed-in Routing24 browser tab. Keep routing24.com/app open while Claude works and watch the plan change live. Claude's edits and yours share one undo history, and a Take control button hands the app back at any moment. Read-only tools are annotated as such, so Claude answers questions without a confirmation on every call. Connecting is available on every Routing24 tier, including Free. Claude spends the quota of your own subscription; Routing24 only runs the tool calls it asks for.
