RQM Books is a cloud accounting and ERP platform for trading, manufacturing and service businesses, built for UAE compliance. Connect it to Claude and ask about your books in plain language. Claude can pull your profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance for any period; tell you who owes you money and how overdue it is; look up any invoice, customer or item; and run your UAE FTA VAT return figures along with a readiness check that flags entries which would fail validation before you file. Grant write access and Claude can also draft invoices, add customers and items, and prepare manual journals — each one shown to you for confirmation before anything touches your ledger. Access follows your own RQM Books role and permissions exactly. A user who cannot post journals in RQM Books cannot post them through Claude either. You choose which permissions to grant when you connect, read-only included, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings. The connector cannot move money, change subscriptions, or reach administrative settings. The VAT tools report your position; filing with the Federal Tax Authority remains a deliberate act you take yourself.
