Rubric
Rubric gives Claude a curated UX knowledge base and, for Rubric customers, access to their own audit and analytics data. Look things up while you build. Ask for guidelines on a pattern you're designing (a checkout, a form, a cookie banner) and Claude gets Rubric's own guidance: what to do, how serious it usually is when it goes wrong, and where it applies. Research questions return cited synthesis rather than opinion. Check a page against a checklist. Claude can pull an audit checklist for a page and evaluate it, returning findings ranked by severity (critical, high, medium, low) with the fix for each. Rubric never turns findings into a score. Read your own Rubric work. If you use Rubric for client sites, Claude can list your audits and read the reports. It can also read predicted heatmap results, Probe reports (a simulated visitor's tasks, think-aloud and answers) and your Web Analytics: overview, pages, errors, goals and weekly insights. Site and visitor text is passed to Claude as data, never as instructions. When Claude audits a page with Rubric, three tools write to your own account: create_audit opens an audit, submit_findings saves its results, and create_annotations attaches the screenshots Claude provides. Every other tool only reads. The connector never starts Rubric's managed audits, heatmaps or Probes, never draws on your plan's allowance for them, and never changes settings, plans, team members or keys. Each call counts toward your plan's MCP call allowance (monthly on paid plans, daily on the free plan). Rubric is built for agencies and freelancers who look after client websites. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
