Jobs always carry a maximum runtime, and a job's machine stops (and stops billing) when its command ends. Every sign-in is scoped to one environment you pick on the consent screen, with that environment's monthly budget, so an agent can't spend outside it, switch environments or raise budgets.
You sign in with your Runcrate account through OAuth; no API key is needed. Usage is paid from your prepaid Runcrate credits at the listed rates.
