SalesHookAI is business software for small companies in the DACH region — trades, service businesses and agencies. This connector gives Claude access to your own SalesHookAI account. What Claude can read: - Business overview: open quotes and invoices, customers, active projects, hours booked today - Quotes and invoices with positions, payment status and the dunning queue - Customers (CRM), projects and site measurements - The planbook (who works where and when), tasks and time tracking - Service catalog with prices, incoming invoices, fleet and team What Claude can do (always in your own account, nothing is deleted): - Create quote drafts from your catalog prices — you review and send them in the app - Create and update customers, projects, catalog items and incoming invoices - Schedule assignments, create tasks (the assigned teammate is notified in the app and by e-mail) and log time entries, clock in/out - Set quote and project status, approve or reject timesheets (owners/admins) What the connector never does: delete data, send anything to your customers, create invoices or change company settings. Those stay in the app. Requires a SalesHookAI account (a free plan is available at saleshookai.com). Sign-in uses OAuth; you can disconnect Claude at any time under Settings → Connected apps. Most data is in German; Claude answers in your language.
