SAMOS e-commerce

ClaudeCommunityby SAMOS e-commerce Ltd

SAMOS is a UK parcel delivery service for online retailers, shipping to the EU, North America, the Middle East and beyond, with customs clearance, duties and taxes, tracking and returns handled for you. With the SAMOS connector, Claude can: • Track a SAMOS parcel by tracking number, showing its latest status and route, plus a link to track it with the local delivery company once it reaches them. • Price a shipment from the UK to any SAMOS destination, or a return back to the UK, by country and weight, using SAMOS's published rates. • List the countries SAMOS delivers to and which of them support returns. • Answer questions about shipping with SAMOS, such as IOSS, customs, labels and returns, from the SAMOS help centre. • Estimate the import duties and taxes a customer may pay on an item shipped from the UK. The connector is read-only and free to use. You don't need a SAMOS account, and there is no sign-in. Prices are in GBP. Parcels can weigh up to 20 kg. Duty and tax figures are estimates, and duties estimates are limited to a few a day. Tracking results never include street addresses or postcodes, and SAMOS never stores tracking numbers, postcodes or product descriptions from the connector.
