SeatLayer is seating chart and ticketing software for venues and event organisers. Connect your SeatLayer account and Claude can build and change your charts and run the events on them.
What you can ask for:
- A new venue from a description or a floor plan: sections, rows, tables, booths and standing areas. SeatLayer places every seat.
- Categories and prices, renamed sections and rows, and stages, bars, exits and signs.
- A check of the chart and a preview on desktop and mobile. The chart is published only after you approve it.
- Changes to an event on sale: block or release seats, close sections, or move the event to an updated chart. You see a plan first, and nothing changes until you say yes. Held and sold seats never change.
- Sales and channel reports, orders and the event log.
Refunds are requests that an admin approves in SeatLayer; Claude can't move money. You need a SeatLayer account with the admin role.
