Everything is scoped to the account that connected it: a tenant sees their tenancy, a landlord sees their buildings, a contractor sees their jobs. Permissions are chosen on the consent screen and enforced on every call rather than in the assistant. No Seayora account is needed to search for a home. Choosing "Continue as a guest" on the connect screen gives read-only access to the public rental marketplace: search advertised homes, read a listing in full, look up what an area is asking in rent, and see when one can be viewed. No account is created, no email address is collected, nothing can be changed, and it expires after 30 days. Writes are proposals. On most workspaces a change an assistant makes is staged in an Approvals queue for the account holder to review rather than performed, and the tool result says which happened. Publishing a listing is never automated on any setting: create_listing saves a draft that only a person can publish. No tool on this connector moves money.
