SeggWat
SeggWat collects feedback from your product's users through embeddable widgets: a feedback button (with optional screenshots), helpful/star/NPS ratings, and in-app surveys. This connector gives Claude access to that data for the projects in your SeggWat organization. What you can do: - Triage feedback: list and filter by status (New, Active, Assigned, Hold, Closed, Resolved), type (Bug, Feature, Praise, Question, Improvement, Other), or search term; update status and type; add a resolution note that is emailed to the person who submitted it. - Analyze ratings: get helpful, star, and NPS statistics per project or per page path. - Run surveys: create NPS, CSAT, CES, or blank surveys as drafts, set them live or pause them, and read per-question response stats. - Maintain your changelog: draft, edit, and publish entries on your project's public changelog, including drafts synced from GitHub releases. Example prompts: - "Summarize this week's new bug reports and group them by theme." - "What's our NPS for the last month, and what are detractors complaining about?" - "Mark the checkout feedback as resolved and tell the users it's fixed in v1.4." - "Draft a changelog entry for the fixes we just shipped." Deletes are soft (archived), and new surveys and changelog entries start as drafts unless you explicitly publish them. A SeggWat account is required; you sign in with OAuth and Claude only sees projects in the organization you authorize.
