SetLatch
SetLatch is how web agencies and site owners handle privacy requests (GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws such as CCPA) for every site they run. Connect it to Claude to ask "which requests are due this week across my sites?", read a request in full, log a request that arrived by email or phone, record a call or letter, mark tasks done or "nothing held" with what the requester will be told, keep each site's data map current, and read the tamper-evident audit trail. With your permission, Claude can also look the requester up in the site's connected apps (Mailchimp, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Gmail, Resend, Cloudflare and signed webhooks) and record what each one holds on the request. Look-ups only read from those apps. Claude cannot delete or change anything in a connected app, approve a deletion, or write to a requester. Those stay a person's click in the SetLatch dashboard; the only email Claude can trigger is SetLatch's standard identity-check link when it logs a new request, and you can turn that off per request. You sign in to SetLatch and choose which sites Claude may use, whether it may change anything, and whether it may run look-ups. It acts with your role on each site, and everything it does is recorded in the audit trail under your name, marked as done through Claude. Requires a SetLatch account (Single site or Agency plan, 14-day free trial).
