Settlefy connects lawyers to case information their clients explicitly approve. Ask “Open my Settlefy case workspace” to use an interactive workspace inside the conversation: choose a packet, read selected PDF/text records, review shared activity, and compose a record request or sourced case note. Review the exact text before saving it to the shared workspace. The interface follows the AI app’s theme; chat tools remain available in clients that do not render interactive apps. Clients respond in Settlefy and control approval for each AI provider. New uploads require a new reviewed packet and approval. Account tools also support followed cases, a professional profile and firm-page drafts. A qualified lawyer must review sources and drafts. Notes are visible to the client and named lawyer. No claims are filed, no medical-provider retrieval or email is sent automatically, and scanned PDFs require original-file review.
