ShipCheck tracks the parcel for every shipped Shopify order and flags the ones that need attention: returned to sender, failed delivery, carrier exceptions, parcels stuck with no movement, and orders that never shipped. Connect it to Claude to ask about your orders in plain English. Examples: - "Which orders need attention today?" - "What's going on with order #1234?" - "Which carriers are slowest this month?" - "Are there carrier emails waiting for me to review?" Claude only sees the stores on your ShipCheck account, and every tool is read-only: Claude can look things up but can't change, scan, send or delete anything. If you also connect Gmail, Claude can find the email conversations about an order using the order number and customer email. Requires a ShipCheck account with at least one Shopify store connected.
