ShipGenius is a shipping and order management platform for ecommerce sellers and warehouses. The ShipGenius connector lets Claude work in your ShipGenius account as you, with the permissions you approve. Ask in plain words: how many labels you bought last week by carrier, which orders haven't shipped, where a package is, or what's running low. Claude can rate shop a package across every carrier ShipGenius offers (DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, FedEx, Passport Global, UniUni, UPS and USPS), buy and void labels, check addresses, and update orders, items and inventory. Claude asks before it changes anything or buys a label. Labels are charged to your ShipGenius account, like the ones you buy in the app, and can be voided until the carrier scans them. Connecting takes a click: choose Connect, sign in to ShipGenius, and approve. Each person acts with their own permissions, and account admins can limit or turn off Claude for the whole account.
