Shipmozo is an Indian shipping aggregator with 25+ courier partners. This connector lets Shipmozo sellers run their shipping from a conversation with Claude. What you can do: - See orders by stage (ready to ship, in transit, NDR, RTO, delivered) and look up any order or AWB. - Compare live courier rates for any pincode pair, with each courier's delivery and RTO record from your own past shipments to that state, so you can choose on reliability as well as price. - Create orders, ship them with the courier you choose, schedule pickups and download labels. - Track shipments with full scan history and expected delivery dates. - Review failed deliveries (NDRs) with the courier's reason, and request re-attempts. - Create returns and exchanges (with a replacement order), accept or reject customer return requests, and record refunds. - Check your wallet passbook, COD remittance balance and next payout date, and weight-discrepancy charges with days left to dispute. - Raise and follow support tickets. You stay in control: reading tools never change anything, and every action that creates, ships, cancels or charges asks for your approval first. Each action re-checks the order's live status, so nothing is shipped or cancelled twice by mistake. Requires an active Shipmozo seller account. Paid actions such as shipping use your Shipmozo wallet at your usual rates.
