Portant lets Claude send a document for eSignature and return the signed copy. Give Claude a PDF, a Google Doc shared by link, or ask it to write the document, such as an NDA or a short agreement. Portant emails the signer a private link. The signer reads the document, adds their signature to the PDF in a browser, and needs no account. Portant then emails you the signed PDF with a signing certificate page. Claude can check the status or give you a link to the file. Claude never signs for anyone: every signature comes from a person in a browser. When you must sign the PDF too, you sign first, then the other person. Documents are encrypted before they are stored, and the key that opens them is in the private link, not on our servers. Emails and signing pages are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Italian, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese.
