SimFa is invoicing and bookkeeping software for Slovak sole traders and companies (simfa.sk). The SimFa connector lets you work with your SimFa company in plain language. Invoices: create a draft invoice, quote, advance invoice or delivery note for a customer from your address book, or add a new customer from the Slovak business register by company ID (IČO); edit the draft; issue it with the next number in your series; send it by e-mail or through Peppol e-invoicing; send payment reminders; record payments by transfer, cash or card. Your company at a glance: invoiced and paid amounts, receivables and overdue invoices, biggest clients and how fast they pay, expenses by category and supplier, bank balances and items to handle, received invoices to pay, upcoming VAT and tax deadlines, the VAT control statement and monthly payroll totals. Numbers come from the same calculations as the SimFa app. Safe by design: you sign in at app.simfa.sk with your own account, including two-factor authentication, and choose the company and what the assistant may do. Reading is always on; drafting, issuing, sending and recording payments are separate permissions you can switch off at any time. Issuing and sending are separate steps the assistant confirms with you first. Every invoice or reminder sent through an assistant triggers an in-app and e-mail notification, and at most 20 invoices can be issued and 20 sent through assistants per company in 24 hours. The connector never deletes data, never changes company settings or bank details and never files tax returns. Text inside third-party documents is treated as data, never as instructions. Requires a SimFa account; the Free plan is enough and the connector is free in every SimFa plan.
