SiteBirdy is webmail, calendar and contacts for the mailboxes you already have: it works with any IMAP and SMTP mail server, Gmail included. Connect it to Claude to work with your mail in plain language. - Find and read mail: search all your mailboxes by sender, subject, text, date or attachment, and read whole messages. - Keep your inbox in order: mark messages read or unread, add them to Priority, archive them or move them to a folder. - Write: Claude writes drafts in your Drafts folder, also replies and forwards with their attachments, with a link that opens the draft in SiteBirdy. You read it over and send it yourself. Sending without asking stays off unless you turn it on. - Your day: list and add calendar events. - People: find contacts and the people you email with, add contacts and change them. - Notes: read, write and change your SiteBirdy notes and checklists. When you connect, you sign in to SiteBirdy and choose what Claude may do (from only reading to sending) and which mailboxes, calendars and address books it can reach. You can change or disconnect it at any time in SiteBirdy, under Settings › Connected apps. You need a SiteBirdy account (free) with at least one mailbox added.
