Share a job title and a few lines about the main duties, and Skills Shift AI breaks the role into its core tasks. It shows how each task may change with AI and suggests skills that may be worth building. Results are written in plain language for career navigators, job developers, adult education staff, and jobseekers. Results are directional, based on signals in the data, not predictions about any one person's future. They're meant to start a conversation and support human judgment, not replace it. How it works: the analysis is formulated from O*NET data and Skills Shift AI's own task-level methodology. It matches each role to the closest occupation in its reference set, so results are strongest for common office, administrative, and customer service roles. Privacy: no sign-in is required. The connector sends only the job details you provide, and no job titles, descriptions, or results are stored in our database. Please leave out names and other personal details. Free to use.
