SKU.io is inventory and order management for e-commerce brands that sell on several channels, such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and wholesale. This connector links Claude to your own SKU.io account, so answers use your real numbers and, when you allow it, Claude can make a limited set of changes. Looking things up. Find products by SKU, name or barcode; see stock per warehouse (available, allocated, in transit, and units on order with expected dates); check a sales order or purchase order; list what is about to run out; review Amazon reimbursement cases, TikTok Shop listing quality and send plans for marketplace fulfillment networks. For anything else, search_api, describe_endpoint and api_read reach the read endpoints of the SKU.io REST API (developer.sku.io) that your role can see. Making changes, only if you turn them on. When you connect, View data is always on and Allow changes is off. If you turn it on, you pick the areas: orders, purchasing, inventory, products, accounting, and settings and automations. Claude can then create sales orders and purchase orders as drafts, submit a purchase order to its supplier, adjust stock, record supplier invoices and draft vendor credits, create products, update prices, save table views and save draft automation workflows. api_write reaches only a reviewed list of endpoints that create records or edit fields. Deleting, voiding and cancelling are refused. Your SKU.io role applies to every call, and an admin can turn changes off for the whole account. Every call is logged.
