Upload a supplier invoice (CSV, or let ChatGPT read the PDF), the purchase order and, if you have it, what was received. The Invoice Checker matches every line by SKU, supplier item code or description and flags price differences from the PO, quantities billed but not received, quantities billed above what was ordered, lines that aren't on the PO, duplicate lines and PO lines not yet invoiced. It also checks the invoice subtotal and total and freight against your PO terms, then shows the amount at issue and what the invoice comes to if those exceptions are held. It is a report for your AP review, not a payment decision. Files are processed in memory for the one request and never stored. No account is needed.
