SKU.io Ops Calculators
SKU.io Ops Calculators is a set of 27 read-only calculators for people who run inventory and operations for an online or wholesale business. Each one works on data you give it in the conversation: rows pasted from a spreadsheet, a CSV export, raw EDI text, or plain answers to a few questions. Results come back as a table you can sort and filter. Inventory planning: reorder points and order quantities, an FBA restock plan, an inventory health check (dead stock, overstock, at-risk SKUs), a demand forecast, ABC/XYZ classes, inventory KPIs such as turnover and sell-through, a stock count compared with your system's on hand, and suggested SKU codes built from product attributes. Costing and buying: landed cost per unit with freight and duty allocated across a PO, the margin effect of a tariff change, draft purchase orders grouped by supplier, a supplier payment schedule from PO terms, a bill of materials cost and buildable quantity, and a wholesale line sheet priced from your target margin. Profit: true profit per SKU from a Shopify orders export, and profit per sales channel after fees, refunds and ad spend. Amazon and retail: an Amazon settlement broken into sales, fees, refunds and payout, an FBA reimbursement check for lost, damaged and unreturned units, plain-English explanations of Amazon listing error codes, X12 EDI translated and checked for structural errors, and retailer chargebacks grouped by reason. Finance and buying decisions: FIFO and average-cost COGS, a supplier invoice checked against the PO and receipt, an inventory valuation reconciled to the general ledger, side-by-side 3PL quotes and software costs, and a vendor-neutral requirements checklist for choosing an inventory or ERP system. The calculators do not connect to any store, marketplace or accounting system, and they never change data anywhere. Your data is processed in memory for the one request and not stored. Results are estimates to check, not accounting, tax or legal advice.
