The Purchase Order Builder raises each line to the supplier's MOQ, rounds up to whole cases, picks the cheapest supplier when several carry a SKU, and groups everything into one draft purchase order per supplier with line and PO totals. It flags POs under a supplier's minimum order value and SKUs that are missing from the catalog. The POs are drafts shown in the chat; nothing is sent to a supplier. Files are processed in memory for the one request and never stored. No account is needed.
