Slipstream: short term rental analytics

Slipstream connects Claude to your short-term rental data and the analysis built on it. One or two Airbnb listings, no PMS? Connect your Airbnb account to Slipstream through Hospitable Connect, and Claude can read your own bookings, open nights, occupancy and reviews. Managing many listings in Hospitable or OwnerRez? Claude can read owner payouts by property, forecasts, goals, money checks and owner-statement checks, joined across your sources. It sits beside your PMS's own connector: that one handles messages and calendars, Slipstream does the analysis. Things to ask: - Which open nights next month matter most? - What did each owner earn in September? - What do guests keep mentioning in reviews? - Am I on pace for my income goal this year? - Check this owner statement against my bookings. Read-only and sourced: - Every tool is read-only. Claude can't change a listing, a price or a setting, and can't send messages. - Guest names, emails and phone numbers are never sent to Claude. - Each figure comes with a link to the Slipstream page it came from, and explain_value shows the steps behind any number. - Settings > Connected AI apps lists each connection and what it read, with a Disconnect button. Requires a Slipstream account (trial or paid) connected to Hospitable, OwnerRez or Hospitable Connect. Owner accounts can't connect yet; co-host and manager accounts can.
