SmartSuite is a no-code work management platform where teams run their processes on their own structured tables. The SmartSuite connector lets Claude work directly in your workspace, so you can ask questions about your data and get work done without leaving the conversation. Key features: - Explore: list your solutions and tables, and read a table's full structure, including field types and options. - Records: search, filter and sort records; create, update and delete them; make bulk changes. - Record context: read and add comments, upload files, and see what's assigned to you. - Build: create solutions, tables, fields and select options, and lay out record forms with sections and tabs. - Views, forms and dashboards: read and edit views, forms and dashboards, and submit forms. - Automations: read existing triggers, steps and branches, create new automations, and review run history. Security and control: - Sign in with your SmartSuite account and choose which workspace to connect. - Workspace administrators decide whether MCP access is Disabled, Read-Only (the default) or Read & Write. - Claude can only do what your SmartSuite role already allows. Where the workspace setting and your permissions differ, the stricter one applies. - Every change appears in the record's activity history under both your name and the assistant's. - EU workspaces stay in the EU region.
