SolarScope
SolarScope screens locations in the United States for solar development. Give Claude a site's coordinates, or a list of up to 25 sites, and get the solar resource (NREL), the distance and voltage of the nearest transmission line (HIFLD), and whether the site lies in a FEMA high-risk flood zone, with a clear verdict for each: no deal-breakers, things to check, or a possible deal-breaker. Lists of sites come back ranked best first. Claude can also save promising sites to your SolarScope projects, read the projects you already saved, including notes and the AI first read, and create a PDF site report you can share. SolarScope uses the same public data and the same rules as the SolarScope website, so results match what you see in Site Studio. It is a first screen to decide which sites deserve a closer look, not a substitute for a utility interconnection study or a flood survey. Connect by signing in with your SolarScope account (Pro or Portfolio plan). Claude only sees the projects in your own account, and you can disconnect at any time from your SolarScope account page.
