Solvace KAI connects Claude to Solvace, the operational excellence platform used by manufacturing and industrial teams to run continuous improvement: action plans, kaizens, defect tags, inspections, incidents, leader standard work and Digital Obeya rooms. With the connector, Claude works with your Solvace data using your own account and permissions: • Query your operational data — ask in plain language for counts, trends and KPIs across Solvace modules for your current site, such as "How many action plans were opened this year?" or "Show action plans by status". Results respect your access rights, and very large result sets are summarized. • Get help using Solvace — ask how to do something in the platform, such as opening an action plan, registering a defect tag or filling in an inspection, and get step-by-step answers from Solvace's help content. • Create action plans — describe the action plan you need and Claude drafts it with you, asks for any missing required fields, and creates it only after you confirm. It never edits or deletes existing records. Sign-in uses your existing Solvace account through OAuth: you enter your Solvace username, are taken to your company's Solvace environment to sign in, and approve the connection on a consent screen. Claude only sees what your Solvace user can see. Requires an active Solvace account on a Solvace production environment.
