Sonarview Boards is a corporate governance platform for Brazilian companies, holdings and family offices. This connector lets Claude work with your Boards account using your own login and permissions. Ask about your pending items, upcoming meetings and their agendas, open resolutions with text, quorum and vote count, tasks of a board or committee, shareholders and attorneys, corporate acts, succession plans, business plans and milestones, investor and CVM obligations, and the validity of digital certificates. Claude can read the text of PDFs and text files from the Data Room, the Library, meeting materials and minutes that you can open. With write access, Claude can create a task, change a task's status, comment on a task, add an item to a meeting agenda, and record progress on a business plan. Voting, signing, approving minutes, opening a resolution for vote, publishing announcements and deleting stay in the platform. The connection is turned on per organization by its administrator. Each use counts one AI credit of the organization's plan and appears in the organization's activity log.
