Spartadoc
Spartadoc lets ChatGPT read a document that contains personal information without the original ever being attached to the conversation. It is built for professionals who handle their clients' documents: lawyers, notaries, accountants, financial planners, real estate brokers and others. Ask ChatGPT to read a contract, a notarial deed, a will, financial statements, an investment statement or a purchase offer. Spartadoc gives you a single-use link. On that page you photograph or choose the document, and Spartadoc detects names, addresses, numbers, email addresses and phone numbers and masks them. You review every masked area, add or remove areas as needed, then tap "Send to my chat". Nothing reaches ChatGPT before you confirm. ChatGPT then receives only the redacted version: the text in which each removed value is replaced by a label such as [PERSON_1], images of the redacted pages and a link to the redacted PDF. The original is deleted as soon as the redacted version is ready, and the redacted version is deleted 15 minutes after you send it. You can cancel an upload at any time. Works in French and English: documents in either language, and the upload page and the messages follow your language. Requires a Spartadoc account with redaction enabled for your organization; when you connect, you sign in to your Spartadoc workspace. Automatic detection is an aid: you review and confirm what is sent.
