Speedy Text answers a business's comments and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok and email — with keyword rules, and with Speedy Text AI on plans that include it. This connector lets the workspace owner set all of that up from Claude: • See every connected account and what the plan allows. • List, create, change and pause reply rules — the keywords, the public reply under a comment, the private message and its link. • Read and rewrite the notes Speedy Text AI answers customers from (products, prices, delivery, hours). • Set the questions asked after a reply (size, city, phone…), with up to three choices each. • Read the numbers for the last 7 or 30 days: messages in, replies sent, orders, link clicks, per account and per channel, and the busiest rules. Built to be safe to hand to an AI: • It never returns a customer's message, comment, name or handle — only the owner's own setup and counts. • It cannot send or answer a message, delete anything, or change billing, team, connections or settings. • Every change is listed in Speedy Text under Settings → AI apps with an Undo button, the owner is emailed when an app connects, and Disconnect cuts it off immediately. • The same plan limits and content checks apply as in the app. Free on every Speedy Text plan.
