SpendPoint
Spendpoint keeps your expenses through the assistant you already use. Show Claude a receipt and say "log this": the receipt is recorded with every line, in its own currency, with the transcription kept as evidence. Then ask what you spent, by category, merchant or month, and the sums come from the service, never from the assistant's arithmetic. What it does - Records receipts exactly as printed: merchant, date, total, VAT, each line with its quantity and amount. Lines must add up to the total before anything is stored. - Catches likely duplicates and asks before recording a second copy. - Corrects without erasing: an amendment keeps the original and links the corrected entry; a void keeps the record and removes it from the ledger. - Reports by category, merchant or month, per currency, over any date range. - Exports everything as JSON or CSV whenever you like. - Keeps your own category list, started from a standard set of seventeen you can extend or retire. - Shows which assistants are connected to your account and lets you disconnect one. How it treats your data - Your ledger is visible to you and the assistants you connect. The database keeps every owner apart, and the operator cannot read ledgers. - Your email address is used to verify your account and reset your password; the service stores only a keyed hash of it, never the address. - Hosted in Stockholm, Sweden, with encrypted backups kept for 35 days. No cookies, no tracking, no ads. - Leave at any time and everything is deleted at once. Getting started Connect, create your account on the consent page with an email address and a password, open the verification link, and connect again. Then show your assistant a receipt.
